I have worked with a lot of personal trainers over the years, and Vahid is one of the best. He is always punctual, professional and pleasant to train with. He creates individualized work out plans and really focuses on your goals. When he's training with you, he gives you 100% of his focus (vs. trainers I've had in the past that would be on their phones or be distracted, which always really bothered me!). He always pushes me just the right amount so that I feel like I'm getting stronger and healthier, but in a safe way. I even increased my workouts with Vahid from once to twice a week because I really liked the results I was getting. I definitely recommend him no matter what your goals are or what your current fitness level is!

Vahid knows exactly what needs to be done to accomplish your goals. He listens to you which I think is very important for a trainer to do. His workouts are effective and challenging but fun at the same time. He pushes you but at the end of the workout you feel good about yourself and what you have accomplished. My experience with Vahid has been nothing short of amazing! I am definitely someone that needs to be pushed to reach my fitness goals and he does that with great motivation and encouragement. I started training with Vahid to become more comfortable with working out. As I became more comfortable, I also became more confident in what I could push my body to do and accomplish. When I sustained a painful IT band injury from my first half marathon he never once gave up on me. Instead, he created workouts for me to work around my injury while still retaining most of my strength.
